Aaron Pantalleresco – Managing Director
Aaron’s experience encompasses the total spectrum of roles and responsibilities within the building industry, including design, operations and construction management, spanning over more than 15 years. He has acquired extensive experience in the design and construction of custom-built homes.
Aaron’s role at Luxe Haven Homes is supported by his previous achievements, in successfully implementing systems and processes, which assisted in the establishment of other custom builders. Aaron’s career includes collaborating with engineers, guiding design and drafts personnel through the design stage, established contractual relationships with suppliers, implemented effective IT systems and trained staff in different aspects of operations and construction processes.
Marlene Pantalleresco – Accounts Manager
With over 17 years of experience, Marlene’s forte is in the management of all aspects of administration, including the completion of documentation required for suppliers and trade personnel.
Her exceptional organisational, multi-tasking skills and strong work ethic make her an integral member of the Luxe Haven Homes team, ensuring a smooth flow of working documents in a timely manner, supporting the day to day operations required for each project. This is enhanced by her commitment to being part of a team that values the importance of building positive and productive relationships with colleagues, suppliers and clients.
Joanne Fourna – Operations Manager
With an innate passion for building design and structures, Joanne has over 19 years of experience in design, drafting and estimating, as well as managing all aspects of building projects, from client briefs to sales and contracts. Joanne’s meticulous eye for detail facilitates her practical role of supervising and implementing design solutions that are essential to compliance with developer guidelines, building regulations and best-suited construction methods.
She is driven by a genuine commitment to supporting her team and ensuring that each and every client’s brief is met. Joanne’s maxim is that every home she undertakes is “developed as she would her own home.”
